Hotel Vallibierna - Benasque

the staff were helpful and friendly and provided help. the location for benasque was good, close to 90 % of spanish places, the centre of the village and the beautiful garden. found a place called asador ixarso, set really close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

All the staff was very helpful, resolved my issues. Central heating and TV were available in my double room...

I recently stayed at Hotel Vallibierna for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Miguel who was able to make changes to my reservation without any hassle. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a quick walk to town and easy access to the mountains. The rustic yet comfortable atmosphere made me feel right at home. The free on-site parking was a huge plus, as finding parking in the village can be difficult. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and they even made eggs upon request. The common area with tea and a microwave was a nice touch, and the extra towels provided were a thoughtful gesture. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Gavier and Maria, the hosts, were amazing, with their Balinese hospitality shining through. The value and quality of the food and drinks were exceptional, and their dog-friendly policies were appreciated. Hotel Vallibierna provided a mix of Balinese friendliness and Spanish hospitality, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed Benasque. the hotel was cute and lovely in the beautiful garden. the venue was near to the center, and Benasque thanks to its quiet and lovely location.

Located in a peaceful garden setting, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at this charming hotel. the spacious rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with a view of the beautiful garden. the bathroom was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was a treat with a variety of options to satisfy most palates. the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. We appreciated the convenient access to the hiking trails and nearby town.

The hotel lacks sufficient information about the local area, which could have been useful for first-time visitors.

Spent Xmas in a cozy hotel and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the hot chocolate was a must-try. Parking was hassle-free, which was perfect for us since we drove all the way here. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the town center, and the mountain views were breathtaking.

The room was a bit outdated, but it was still comfortable. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Loved the peaceful setting, charming room, great breakfast, accommodating hosts, beautiful gardens.

The breakfast was quite good, with different options to choose from. Also, the location of the hotel was great for skiing and snowboarding, as it was just a short walk to the slopes. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the beautiful view from my room.

My stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, and seemed to avoid interacting with the guests. Additionally, the rooms were quite outdated and could use some renovation. The lack of amenities, such as wifi in the rooms, made it difficult to enjoy my stay. I was disappointed with my Christmas vacation at this hotel.
